Potential Points
All axies will have a total of 15 Potential Points. Each axie part provides 2 class Potential Points. The axie's body provides 3 class Potential Points.
Each Axie has a certain number of Potential Points which influence the Charms that it can equip.
An axie’s Potential Points are derived from its body parts. Potential Points belong to specific Classes based on the related body part. For example, reptile body parts grant reptile potential points.
As an example, let's say we have an Axie with a Reptile type body, 2 Reptile body parts, 2 bug body parts, 1 bird body part and 1 beast body part. This Axie's Potential Points would be:
Potential Points & Charms
A Charm will require Potential Points of a matching Class. Charms reduce an Axie's available Potential Points when they are allocated.
For example, to equip an Aquatic Charm, an Axie must have Aquatic Potential Points. Once this Charm is equipped, the Axie's total available Aquatic Potential Points will be reduced. This is called the Potential Cost of a Charm.

Power-Ups
Power-ups enable you to customize your Axie's abilities:

Types of Axies
In Axie Infinity: Origins, you can collect two types of Axies: Starter Axies and Personal Axies
Starter Axies
Starter Axies are lovable in-game characters that make it easy to start playing Axie Infinity for free. Players receive 3 Starter Axies when they arrive in Lunacia and can unlock more Starter Axies by progressing in Adventure Mode.

Personal Axies
Personal Axies are non-fungible tokens (NFTs) that live on the blockchain. They have all of the utility of Starter Axies plus they can be bought, sold and traded with other players on the Marketplace. Personal Axies can also breed to create more Axies!
